Service and Use
This website is
offered to you, the "User" conditioned on your acceptance without modification,
of the terms and conditions contained herein. Your use of this website
constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
Consumer
Credit Report Authorization
All of the
information I have provided in any inquiry or application form provided to
Finest Capital Ltd through this website is true and complete.
I/we
understand that the use of the Finest Capital Ltd Fast Quote form is not a
formal mortgage application and that a formal mortgage application may only be
made by phone, fax, mail or in person. I
understand Finest Capital Ltd may keep all information that I provide through
this website or that is otherwise obtained by Finest Capital Ltd in connection
with my inquiry or application.
If I submit a
full application (via phone, fax, mail or in person), I authorize Finest Capital
Ltd to obtain information regarding my credit, employment history, income, and
assets. I authorize Finest Capital Ltd, its
affiliates, its processing agent or any Lender to whom Finest Capital Ltd
intends to submit my loan application (all the foregoing, the “Lender”) to
verify my/our past employment earnings records, bank accounts, and other asset
balances that are needed to process my/our loan application. I/we further
authorize the Lender to order consumer credit reports and verify other credit
information, including past and present mortgage/landlord references.
Disclosure Required by Fair Credit
Reporting Act
A consumer credit report or reports may be
requested from one or more consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus) in
connection with any application submitted to Finest Capital Ltd. If requested,
I will be informed whether any consumer credit report was requested and, if so,
of the name and address of the consumer reporting agency which furnished the
report. Subsequent consumer reports may be requested or used in connection with
any update, renewal or extension of the credit requested by the submission of
the application.

and (b) mortgage loans made on residential real property located in other states
