Due to the market shift and license change, Finest Capital Ltd no longer closes loans in the Finest Capital Ltd name. The company's NYS Mortgage Broker License on Inactive Status and we have become employees of a Federal Bank. This allows us to perform as a Direct Lender, better able to deliver the same full range of conventional, jumbo, FHA and VA loans. While the name of the company on the loan documents have changed, an expanded product line together with the highest level of integrity and service standards remain.
